We are currently looking for a Specialist / Analyst.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to optimize the ERP;

• Implement functional improvements and system adjustments at the internal configuration level;

• Act as a super‑user and functional reference for the teams;

• Develop, update, and optimize ERP reports for operations and management;

• Train employees and produce the necessary documentation (guides, procedures, training materials);

• Test and validate system fixes, updates, and new functionalities;

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance (rules, naming conventions, structure);

• Document business processes and maintain a structured knowledge base.

GENERAL SKILLS

• You are passionate about optimization, training, and supporting users;
