AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE AS SERVICE AND PARTS COORDINATOR:
You are THE person we are looking for:
• Vocational diploma in automotive mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field (an asset);
• Experience coordinating or supervising a technical team (strongly desired);
• General knowledge of mechanics and welding (an asset);
• Proficiency with computer tools (Office Suite, ERP, or management software).

* The level of English proficiency mentioned above is required for the position of Rental and Logistics Coordinator. This person will be dealing with the company's English-speaking customers. The French-English ratio will be approximately 90%/10%.

AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE AS SERVICE AND PARTS COORDINATOR:
- Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety rules for his/her teams;
- Plans and organizes the daily work of the technical team (workshop and service);
- Manages priorities and assigns tasks based on customer requests and emergencies;
- Assists and supports advisor and schedule planning;
- Communicate objectives and deadlines to the team;
- Supervise the quality of work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Coordinate on-site and workshop interventions, including parts and equipment logistics;
- Respond to customer requests and ensure proactive follow-up;
- Prepare and complete work orders, reports, and required administrative documents;
- Participate in resolving technical issues and propose effective solutions;
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Apply the necessary corrective measures to improve processes;
- Monitoring the cleanliness and proper order of workstations and the workshop;
- Contribute to the implementation of departmental KPIs and their monitoring;
- Ensure the recovery of warranty claims or other available credits.
