We are currently looking for a Transportation Dispatcher.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Provide support to the Rental and Logistics Director for driver and equipment dispatching;

• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to optimize planning and efficiency;

• Manage the arrival and departure of equipment;

• Respond to various client requests and provide follow-ups in case of changes, unforeseen events, or emergencies;

• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and procedures;

• Perform any other related duties as required.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• Experience in dispatch operations (an asset);

• Knowledge of road transport regulations (an asset);

• Class 5 driver’s license;

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and ease with computer tools;

• Bilingual (English and French is an asset).
