We are currently looking for a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our embedded staffing team!

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities related to construction projects and fixed/mobile infrastructure;
• Provide technical support to teams regarding construction equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures;
• Identify and resolve issues related to construction maintenance activities and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
• Ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of maintenance tasks by following established work procedures and project plans;
• Oversee staff involved in construction maintenance, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and supporting employee development;
• Participate in and coordinate special construction or maintenance projects as required;
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and regulations, with a strong focus on occupational health and safety.

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• Hold the WSCC Supervisor Level 2 certification.
• Bilingual (English and French);
• Good physical condition;
• Organised and autonomous;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience in a similar position (an asset);
• REDSEAL (an asset).
