We are currently looking for a Internal Sales and CSR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or via internal platforms;
- Prepare and send quotes, estimates, and order confirmations;
- Track orders, deliveries, and deadlines;
- Collaborate with external sales to support sales objectives;
- Keep customer files and information up to date;
- Identify additional sales opportunities;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
GENERAL SKILLS
YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of the mining and industrial sector (an asset);
- Bilingualism (English and French) in both spoken and written communication;
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite and ERP);
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files at once;
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
