JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Manage and execute purchases for the company's operations;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors;
• Innovate to find new suppliers and products;
• Collaborate with the team in inventory analysis and make strategic decisions at this level;
• Follow up on orders with suppliers and subcontractors;
• Analyze purchases in order to negotiate (prices and terms) and propose cost reduction opportunities;
• Maintain lasting business relationships with our suppliers by monitoring the services obtained and conducting periodic evaluations.

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

• DEC in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bilingualism (English and French) in both spoken and written communication;
• Valid driver's license;
• Strong negotiation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
• Good judgment and customer service orientation;
• Professionalism and organizational skills;
• Results-oriented and proactive.
