We are currently looking for a administrative technician.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

  • Match supplier invoices to packing slips and purchase orders, verify pricing, and enter data into ERP;
  • Upload invoices, confirm HST and totals, and maintain accurate records;
  • Process customer payments and record transactions;
  • Enter time and service reports into FABS and work orders;
  • Assist with onboarding and employee file management;
  • Serve as contact for employee benefits;
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

 

GENERAL SKILLS

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF :

  • You have a college diploma in Business Administration or Accounting ;
  • You have 3-5 years of experience ;
  • You are proficient in MS and have experience working with ERP systems ;
  • You are bilingual (English/French) essential.
