We are currently looking for a accounting technician.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

UN OVERVIEW OF THE MANDATE :

• Balance accounts payable
• Reconcile account statements, match them to invoices, issue payments, and forward them to signatories
• Follow up to obtain missing invoices, process them, and make payments
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment status (phone, email)
• Prepare disbursement cash reports
• File supplier invoices at the end of the month
• Answer phone calls to assist the receptionist when she is busy or absent
• Archive supplier invoices at the end of the year
• Perform any other related tasks
